Disclosures about referrals and website information

Last updated: October 2026

This disclaimer covers all content on personaldocente.site. Read it before relying on that content. This document is a general template, not legal advice.

Who Carries Out the Work

Personaldocente Floor Coating is a referral and marketing service connecting homeowners with independent epoxy, polyaspartic and concrete floor coating providers. We perform no grinding, repairs, coating or sealing. An independent provider carries out any work at your home.

What a Referral Means

Referring a provider does not endorse that business. We make no assurances about work quality, timing, price, appearance, durability or availability for a particular date. Providers are responsible for their licenses, insurance, warranties and conduct.

Applying Information to Your Floor

Site content is general information, not professional, engineering, legal or financial advice. Like walls before painting, slabs need individual assessment. Moisture, cracks, existing coatings and weather affect what is needed. Discuss your floor with a qualified provider.

Reading Cost Information

Any prices shown are typical U.S. ranges, not quotes. Floor size, condition, preparation and the selected coating system affect your price. Obtain a written estimate from the provider before work starts.

Understanding Coating Performance

Preparation, product selection, application and use affect coating performance. Statements about properties such as stain or UV resistance are general and differ by product. Ask the provider about the proposed products and project warranty.

Precautions During Work

Floor coating involves grinding dust and chemical products. Follow the provider's directions for avoiding the work area, ventilation and curing periods.

Payments for Connections

Providers or marketing partners may pay Personaldocente Floor Coating for connecting them with homeowners. Read our Referral Marketing Disclosure for further details.

Limits of Site Information

We make efforts to maintain accurate, current information. We cannot assure you that every detail is complete or without errors.
